Important lesson learned today...

Watch what you purchase! Turns out the brakes I purchased for the Trans Am were track brakes. They did well on the street, stopped the car VERY quickly...but the car sounded like a school bus stopping. Turns out, I purchased Hawk HP Plus pads instead of Hawk HP 5.0 Sport pads. I don't know how I missed that when checking out...but they dumped a TON of dust as well.

So today I put the 5.0 sport pads on. They are quiet, but the difference in stopping is noticeable. They still stop well, just not like the other ones. Only I don't have to worry about bursting an ear drum now.
